SEQUA gGmbH (Bonn, Germany) and its partners (i) Forschungsstelle für Berufsbildung im Handwerk – FBH (Cologne, Germany), (ii) Zentralverband des Deutschen Handwerks – ZDH (Berlin, Germany), (iii) Assemblée Permanente des Chambres de Métiers – APCM (Paris, France), (iv) Eurocultura (Vicenza, Italy), (v) Kauno Prekybos, Pramonės Ir Amatų Rūmai (Kaunas, Lithuania), (vi) Latvijas Amatniecibas Kamara – LAK (Riga, Latvia), (Vii) BENEF Projectservice bv (Hengelo, Netherlands) and (viii) Cech Rzemiosł Różnych w Ostrowie Wielkopolskim (Ostrow, Poland) have jointly executed the project (“PROJECT”). The duration of the PROJECT was from October 2004 until September 2006. The PROJECT has been funded by a grant from the European Commission’s Leonardo da Vinci Programme.  

SEQUA and its partners have developed a training concept including corresponding training materials (herein collectively called the “PRODUCT”) which have been published on the website www.mobilint.org. The European Commission, SEQUA and its partners intend to disseminate the PRODUCT inside and beyond the European Union. SEQUA has the exclusive, irrevocable, transferable and unlimited right to the PRODUCT. SEQUA is granting to any natural or legal persons a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable and free of charge right to use the PRODUCT – wholly or partly. The transfer to third persons – against payment or free of charge – is prohibited to any user. Any user is obliged to inform SEQUA about the intended use of the PRODUCT beforehand and in writing. Such information must include  

  • the name of the organisation
  • the name of a contact person
  • the corresponding contact details
  • the purpose and the duration of the intended use
  • the participants and/or the target group of the intended use.

Any user must ensure by adequate measures that any disclosure of the PRODUCT must mention  

  • the name of SEQUA as the license holder of the PRODUCT
  • the name of the PROJECT
  •  the European Commission as the funding organisation of the PROJECT.
